![]() ![]() The Loot Crate community gradually grew and grew but then, in 2019, they hit some difficulties that left Loot Crate bankrupt. The boxes arrive like gifts and Loot Crate welcomes all feedback so that they make sure they’re giving their customers the gifts they want. It’s all to let fans enjoy (and nerd out on) what they love, and this Loot Crate subscription review loves that. This Loot Crate subscription review didn’t even know we had that technology. Plus Loot Crate likes to throw in little surprises like a crate that turns into a proton pack (!). You might have a vague idea of what will be in the box, like you might know there will be a Batman shirt, but you’ll never know exactly what everything will look like. The loot boxes are designed to be a fun and exciting surprise. There are 21 different boxes to choose from, many of which feature products from a diverse range of film, book, television, comic, or gaming series so whatever you’re into, Loot Crate probably has it. There’s a reason this Loot Crate subscription review is being so vague on which fandoms Loot Crate serves: there are SO many. I received triplicate crates yesterday and today plus 6 t-shirts 2 different styles 3 of each today. I have asked to be refunded or switched to a better crate and as of now I have not been satisfied with the customer support emails that basically say sorry and offer no reimbursement or replacement. The memberships that were canceled were for specialty items so therefore they were more expensive but when canceled they migrated to the cheapest membership they offer. I have been reaching out to them for the past year and I keep getting no resolution. They do not have a customer service phone number only a support email. Eventually they started to discontinue some of my prepaid memberships and instead of refunding my account they switched the memberships to ones that I already had a membership with so over the past year I have been receiving duplicate and Triplicate orders in the same day. However they continued to renew my memberships even though they were not shipping anything. During Covid I understood the lack of shipping due to the merchandise not being available to the company. I prepaid for several different crates and memberships that they offer. I have been doing business with Loot Crate for several years.
